Getting Talents

In AIESEC we get our Members mainly through 2 different processes: Recruitment and Reintegration of our Exchange Participants (EPs).

 

Reintegration
EPs are experienced students who can contribute a lot within each LC. We need to make sure that after their exchange, EPs get the chance to work in the LC to enable other people the experiences they made on their own. EPs already know AIESEC, but they still need to get introduced to the LC and take first steps in order to perform within the organization. For your LC it has the advantage of using less capacity for recruitment, as you can reintegrate these EPs before the actual recruitment and you don’t need to recruit so many students on the campus.

 

Out of all people who are interested in AIESEC, we select the  students who are mostly fitting to AIESEC. That means we select the students who…


- want to develop themselves
- are willing to contribute to the goals of AIESEC Germany
- have enough time besides studies and/or work to be able to volunteer
- are fitting to your understanding of team work and LC culture
