INFO BOOTH

From Wiki: An information kiosk (or information booth) dispenses free information in the form of maps, pamphlets, and other literature, and/or advice offered by an attendant.

What that has to do with AIESEC? Using our info booth we want to call attention and inform potential members or exchange participants about our programmes. How it should be like? It will depend on you, but here you can find a few examples:

The focus of the Info boot will depends on your LC. Do you need more members? Consider a focus on Youth Talent, need to increase your exchange? Focus on Global Citizen or Global Talent.

Considering your focus, the necessary material needs to be decided. Do you have an AIESEC banner? That would be a good idea to have it displayed. Use printed material to show your target group what AIESEC has to offer. You can also play music to call attention, have something to eat from different cultures, offer candies, games. You should think outside the box on how to make people participate, interact and be curious about AIESEC and our programmes. It is also good to have AIESECers walking around and calling people for the info booth.

You have planned how your info booth needs to be, but you still need a place and the authorization. Contact your University or Student organization responsible to allow you to place a booth and that place. Look for a point where the students pass the most, could be Mensa, Library or the way for the a Faculty building.
