Based on the review of talents each semester and the exchange goals we set as an LC before each semester, we identify how many members are needed in which positions in order to reach the goals set for the organization. We call this backwards planning, as we first take a look at the exchange goals and afterwards calculate how many members are needed.


TM To dos for HR Planning and Controlling:


- Track PDTs (Personal Development Talks)! Through PDTs we find out how long current

  members are going to stay in which team
- Track GSTs (Goal Setting Talks) Through goal tracking find out if people really

  contribute to AIESEC and how they should be involved in local activities
- keep the overview who is in which team


A good HR Planning should include:


# of members who will be in each team after the semester break
# of must-have and nice-to have-JDs you have in each team
